![]() Software: The originator of this thread is using Office 2011 You're using Office 2016. ![]() No offense or reprimand intended but just to be clear for the sake of others & provide info for future reference - Although symptoms may seem similar, you do not have the "same issue" because you are using a completely different release of the Mac Office In order to update it you may have to contact the IT folks for the organization to which the software is licensed. That specific build is a Volume License release, not available to the general user base. It may be hampered by another factor as well. Its age indicates that the included version of Microsoft AutoUpdate is equally obsolete.Īs a result it isn't able to do its job of recognizing availability of updates. In a nutshell your installation of Mac Office 2016 is out of date by well over 4 years. Your issue is similar but not the same (as described below).
